The Carnaby Style Scout photographers were out in force snapping dapper and stylish shoppers for the Style Scout Gallery on carnaby.co.uk, and not forgetting of course, the Sister Design team taking over the registration point, making it the best registration point we’ve ever seen!

RIBA: The Regent Street Windows Project

Regent Street is delighted to welcome some of Britain’s top architects who will be exhibiting installations in a selection of Regent Street shop windows from 9 May as part of The Regent Street Windows Project 2011.

The project includes iconic architects such as the Marks Barfield architectural practice which created the London Eye and for this project are teaming with GANT. Shoreditch based architects, HUT, has teamed with Regent Street heritage high fashion brand Aquascutum. HUT’s experience in building anything from beach houses to city dwellings means this will be a perfect partnership, structure being as important in the construction of a classic Aquascutum trench coat as it is to a beautifully designed building.

Ferrari will be working with London based architects Duggan Morris which has created buildings from schools to restaurants and also office space – the link between F1 Ferrari supreme car constructors and this young British design house should throw up an interesting collaboration.

Menswear brand Duchamp known for its bright colours is teaming up with a young dynamic duo, Honey, which has been nominated for awards for innovation. Honey is particularly recognised for its work with the use of light including an installation under the M4 flyover in West London, highlighting forgotten spaces.
The full list of architects taking part in the Regent Street Windows Project 2011 are:

1.    HUT with Aquascutum
2.    Glowacka Rennie Architects and Millimetre with Hoss Intropia .
3.    OSA (Office for Subversive Architecture) with Ted Baker London

Sing For England - Hollyoaks

June saw the official release of England 2010 World Cup digital download single SING FOR ENGLAND - HOLLYOAKS.

Sister was asked to promote the charity single on behalf of independent record label SWEE MUSIC.

All profits from the sale of the single were donated to the Alder Hey Imagine Appeal which supports the World famous Alder Hey Hospital, located in Liverpool.

With sixteen lads from the hit TV drama Hollyoaks singing the vocals, a great deal of fun was had during the filming of the promotional video and with the Sister digital team creating the visual branding for the release as well as designing and building a microsite at www.singforengland.com to support the campaign, the agency had lots of fun promoting SING FOR ENGLAND across the UK.

Sister ran a comprehensive UK campaign to raise awareness of the single release, ensuring the Alder Hey Imagine Appeal remained at the forefront of the messaging at all times.
